Validity Hours
- Pass is valid for the entire operating day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Riders may enter the park anytime during operating hours
- Last chairlift upload is at 4:45 PM
Refund & Change Policy
Refund & Change Policy Details
- Full refunds available if canceled 24 hours before the ticket date
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, unless:
- The park closes due to severe weather
- Mechanical lift failures last longer than two hours
- Tickets may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested before the scheduled arrival time
- Tickets are non-transferable once redeemed
