- Season Passes are refundable up to 7 days after purchase if unused
- After activation, Season Passes are non-refundable
- If the rider is injured and cannot continue the season, a pro-rated credit may be issued with a valid medical note
- No refunds for weather, trail closures, or maintenance delays
- Season Passes are non-transferable and linked to the purchaser
